A short hiking trail to the falls is located 16 Km west of Marathon turn off. This is a must see attraction and is truly a delight for the photographer or artist.
Directions from the east:
While driving west along Highway 17 you will pass red and white airplane markers overhanging the highway. You will see the creek flowing along hwy 17, when it passes under the highway you will see the Mink Creek sign. After a short distance you will see a gravel parking area on the right side. After parking, cross the highway, climb the small rock cut and follow the trail that leads directly to the falls.
Directions from the west:
While driving from the east along Highway 17, you will pass Coldwell Road on the left, Keep traveling along Hwy 17 exactly 1 km further. You will see a gravel parking lot on the left. After parking, cross the highway, climb the small rock cut and follow the trail that leads directly to the falls. |
